Formalize is a tech company founded in 2021 and one of the fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups. We started the company with our Whistleblower Software but have since expanded our portfolio with our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Software; Formalize. Both softwares serve their own purpose within the legal tech sector.

The software that has taken the company to new heights. Formalize is a compliance operations platform that helps companies to enhance their compliance and simplify the workload. Formalize streamlines tasks like data governance, risk management, audits, and much more across various regulations and standards (e.g., DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, and more). Some of the features include dashboard reporting, supplier audit automations, risk management module, and customizable workflows, helping businesses efficiently meet regulatory requirements and maintain secure compliance processes.
