Sales Enablement Manager (Copenhagen)

About the Role & Team
As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building and supporting the growth of our Sales Enablement function. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and RevOps to ensure our commercial teams are equipped to ramp fast and perform at a high level.
This role is placed in our Revenue Operations team and you will report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations.
What you will do
Design and deliver onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, CSMs and Team Leads that accelerate time to productivity
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, battle cards, and objection handling guides
Own our sales enablement platform (Trumpet) to ensure materials are organized, up to date, and accessible
Full ownership of future innovations to the Sales Enablement tech stack and use of AI
Run feedback loops with ICs and managers to continuously improve onboarding quality and relevance
Track enablement metrics (training adoption, usage, and effectiveness) and report on outcomes
Track ramping metrics (time-to-first meeting, activity numbers, time-to-pipeline, influenced revenue etc) and report on outcomes
What you bring
4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales, or a similar commercial role within B2B SaaS
Strong commercial background, preferably as a quota-carrying IC, with hands-on experience in pipeline creation, deal progression, and understanding what drives high sales performance
Proven experience owning enablement initiatives end-to-end, such as onboarding programs, playbooks, certification frameworks, or continuous learning programs
Knowledge within sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions, especially SDR → AE handoffs and full-cycle sales
You stay curious about emerging tools and trends, and proactively explore how AI and new technologies can enhance sales enablement, improve productivity, and drive measurable impact across the sales organization
Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a strong plus
