Sales Development Representative - German speaking (Munich)

About the Role & Team
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our brand-new Munich office.
Our DACH sales team spans across Madrid, Aarhus, and Munich, and you’ll be among the first sales hires in Munich, working closely with our Country Director in Munich and the rest of the team in Aarhus and Madrid to grow our presence in the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a structured, goal-driven team that values collaboration, clear leadership, and measurable impact.
In this role, you’ll be helping driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the team’s success in the DACH market.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is excited to make a tangible impact from day one.
What you will do
Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the DACH market, focusing on the Formalize product
Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim of organising client meetings
Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
What you bring
Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment
It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation.
Practicalities
Office location: Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20, Munich
Working hours: 40 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home
