About the Role & Team
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join Formalize in our Munich office and drive impactful marketing initiatives across the DACH region. We’ve just opened up our Munich office, where you will be our first Marketing colleague.
In this role, you’ll own the planning, execution, and measurement of field marketing programs that generate pipeline and support our sales teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll define how we engage with local markets, from events and campaigns to localized content and enablement, ensuring marketing initiatives resonate with regional audiences and drive business impact.
All initiatives are delivered within Formalize’s overall brand, messaging, and go-to-market framework, in close alignment with central Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other regional teams to create scalable frameworks, campaign playbooks, and best practices that make Field Marketing effective across the DACH market. Besides, you will also knowledge share with our Field Marketing Managers in our Italian and Spanish teams.
What you will do
Own the planning and execution of field marketing activities across the DACH market, including events (both online and physical), webinars, and partner campaigns
Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt messaging, content, and assets for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Enable Sales and regional teams with campaign guidance, templates, and tools
Measure and analyze program performance, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Act as the central marketing point of contact for field marketing initiatives in the DACH region
Gather feedback from sales and regional teams to optimize campaigns and Field Marketing processes
What you bring
Experience in Field Marketing or B2B SaaS Marketing, in the DACH region
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams.
Deep understanding of the DACH market and local business culture
Hands-on, results-driven approach with a passion for driving measurable impact
Practicalities
Salary: €50,000 – €58,000 gross per year
Office location: Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20, Munich (WeWork)
Working hours: 40 hours a week, with one day working from home
