About the Role & Team
We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join Formalize and help build a scalable Partner Marketing motion across Europe.
In this role, you’ll own the Partner Marketing strategy and frameworks that enable our partners to successfully generate demand together with Formalize. You’ll define how we work with partners from a Marketing perspective, covering messaging and positioning, co-marketing playbooks, and MDF frameworks.
You’ll work closely with the Partnership team, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to create the structure, guidance, and clarity that make Partner Marketing effective at scale. English is the core language for our product and marketing communication, and you’ll primarily work with international partners across multiple European markets.
What you will do
Define and own Formalize’s Partner Marketing strategy, aligned with overall GTM and Partner objectives
Develop Partner messaging and positioning frameworks in collaboration with Product Marketing
Create scalable co-marketing frameworks and playbooks for campaigns, webinars, and events
Own MDF rules, guardrails, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective use of partner marketing funds
Enable Field Marketing and local teams with Partner Marketing guidance, assets, and structure
Act as the central Marketing point of contact for Partner Marketing initiatives
Gather feedback from field teams and partners to continuously improve partner marketing motions
What you bring
Solid experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing with a strong Partner focus
A strategic mindset combined with the ability to create practical frameworks and playbooks
Strong written English and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
Comfortable operating in a European, multi-market setup
Practicalities
Salary: 45.000 - 55.000 DKK monthly
Office location: Skelbækgade 2, Copenhagen
