About the Role & Team

This role requires analytical depth and the ability to communicate with and understand technical teams smoothly. We are looking for a hands-on professional to cross-functionally translate complex API requirements into functional product logic to support our integration marketplace. At the Staff level, you will own the product strategy across integrations, identifying high-impact strategic bets and helping the organization distinguish between market trends and strategic fit.

This role starts at 72,500 DKK per month and can grow up to 82,500 DKK as you develop within this specific job title. You’ll be part of our structured career framework, which includes regular development talks. As you build skills, take on new responsibilities and progress in your role, your salary grows with you. What you will do

• Own product strategy across the integration domain, identifying and making the right strategic bets that have the most impact on business-critical metrics.

• Bring focus and alignment through storytelling and evidence at a company-wide level to ensure the strategic value of our technical ecosystem is understood.

• Analyze partner workflows and technical requirements to identify friction points and facilitate a seamless connection to our platform.

• Model curiosity, user empathy, and problem clarity across the org, helping cross-functional teams navigate complex technical challenges.

• Partner closely with Design and Engineering on a daily basis to ensure high-quality implementation of robust and scalable integration patterns.

• Distinguish market trends from strategic fit, ensuring our technical alliances and product efforts are consolidated for maximum industry impact.

What you bring

• Expert-level Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, with a specific focus on platform products or building partner marketplaces.

• The ability to communicate smoothly with technical teams and a high level of comfort discussing APIs, webhooks, and system architecture.

• Proven ability to own product strategy across complex technical domains, understanding how to build products that external companies can build upon.

• A track record of identifying high-impact strategic bets that have a tangible effect on business-critical metrics.

• Strong fundamentals in product storytelling, with the ability to bring focus and alignment across the entire organization.

• A strong technical background is highly desirable, but your ability to grasp and translate technical concepts is what matters most.
