About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us build our Integrations team from the ground up. You will be one of the first members of this team, working closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the roadmap, vision, and design logic for how our platform connects with other systems.

This is a role for someone who enjoys high levels of independence, but still with collaborative critical thinking. You’ll tackle complex, often undefined problems within a sophisticated domain, turning a blank canvas into a structured path forward. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating the clarity that allows engineering teams to move forward with confidence.

We value designers who are naturally curious and proactive, people who bring a critical eye to the work and enjoy engaging in constructive dialogue to reach the best solution. Our team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas, and are also quick to adapt when new insights emerge, as we prioritize progress and continuous learning over the "perfect brief".

This role starts at 50,000 DKK per month and can grow up to 56,000 DKK as you develop within this specific job title, before moving to the next career level. You’ll be part of our structured career framework, which includes regular development talks. As you build skills, take on new responsibilities and progress in your role, your salary grows with you. What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our new integrations, from initial user journeys to final hand-off.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to turn a blank canvas into a functional roadmap and design strategy.

• Build and scale high-quality solutions that balance pragmatic shipping speed with long-term technical value.

• Use established design principles and heuristics to rapidly prototype and test new integration flows.

• Help maintain and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency across the platform.

• Partner with engineering to ensure your designs are feasible and ready for implementation.

What you bring

• Advanced hands-on experience as a Product Designer, with a deep focus on UX and complex user journeys.

• High proficiency in Figma and a track record of building clear, intuitive UIs that consider the entire user experience.

• A solid understanding of UX patterns, system design, and the ability to articulate why specific design choices work.

• Experience in SaaS, B2B enterprise software, or a startup environment is a significant plus, but not a requirement.

• It is also an advantage if you have experience in regulated industries (RegTech/Compliance), expertise in accessibility, or knowledge of front-end development.
