The role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Product and Development team. You will design, automate and maintain the systems that power Formalize's platform, working across systems and teams to scale our infrastructure and ensure a secure, efficient and reliable environment.

From optimising AWS configurations to supporting compliance reviews or improving CI and CD pipelines, you will always aim to enable others to deliver their best.

This role starts at 62,000 DKK per month and can grow up to 72,000 DKK as you develop. You’ll be part of our structured career framework, which includes regular performance reviews. As you build skills, take on new responsibilities and progress in your role, your salary grows with you. Our framework makes development clear and transparent, so you always know what the next step looks like.

What you will do

• Manage and improve CI and CD pipelines to support multiple development teams
• Design, deploy and manage infrastructure across AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Ensure AWS security best practices, conduct regular audits, and implement compliance controls for internal applications and services.
• Configure and maintain integrations with monitoring systems, SIEM platforms and internal IT tools
• Partner with compliance and engineering to meet technical requirements for ISO27001, ISAE3000 and other certifications

What you bring

• Deep knowledge of AWS, Terraform and GitHub Actions
• At least five years of experience working in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong experience with macOS and Linux environments
• Experience with Docker and containerised application deployment
• Familiarity with identity management and security principles
• Experience with Ubiquiti (UniFi), CrowdStrike, Kandji (MDM) or similar systems is a plus
• Familiarity with development in Angular, TypeScript, Laravel, PHP or Node would be an advantage
